Embarcadero Resort Newport, Newport

Our stay was quite mixed. The hotel had a clean feel and a charming atmosphere, making it a decent spot for a getaway. However, we faced significant issues like a lack of housekeeping and an uncomfortable room temperature. While the kitchen had all the essentials for us to enjoy cooking in, the overall value felt diminished due to these inconveniences.

The Embarcadero offers a family-friendly environment with stunning views, but it unfortunately suffers from outdated facilities and poor Wi-Fi. While the potential is there for a great stay with a good location and on-site activities, the lack of maintenance and attentiveness can be disappointing for those looking for a more modern experience.

Our experience at the hotel had some highlights, especially the view from our room, but there were also quite a few disappointments. The staff was generally helpful, though we did encounter some issues during our stay. While the room we had was comfortable, it could have used an update. We also faced problems with the Wi-Fi and the condition of certain amenities, which made our stay feel less enjoyable.

My stay at this hotel was a mix of enjoyable and frustrating moments. While I appreciated the beautiful deck overlooking the cove and the friendly nature experiences like sea otters and sea lions, the condition of the room left much to be desired, and the unfortunate fire incident was quite concerning. On the upside, the location allowed for great fishing opportunities right off the dock. However, it’s clear that the hotel could benefit from some updates and better communication.

I had a lovely time at this resort! The views were simply stunning, and the one-bedroom unit was spacious enough for my family. However, there were some hiccups with noise from the unit above and issues with the ice machines. Overall, I found the experience enjoyable and would love to return for a longer stay.
